Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • elective, thoracotomy patients with a surgical intention to cure.
  • age between 18 and 80 years.
  • ECOG 0 - 2 post-thoracotomy.

Exclusion

  • patients with chronic pain.
  • a previous thoracotomy.
  • comorbidity limiting rehabilitation.
  • non-compliance
