Inclusion
- DSM-IV TR for GAD
- Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAMA) \>18
- 18 to 75 years old
Exclusion
- Severe medical illness
- Other psychiatric illness
- HAMD \> 18
- High suicidal risk
- pregnancy
