Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Heterogenous emphysema
- FEV1 \< 45%
- RV \> 150%
- TLC \> 100%
- TLCO \< 40%
Exclusion
- Homogeneous emphysema
- Pregnancy
- PCO2 \> 50 mmHg
