Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Heterogenous emphysema
  • FEV1 \< 45%
  • RV \> 150%
  • TLC \> 100%
  • TLCO \< 40%

Exclusion

  • Homogeneous emphysema
  • Pregnancy
  • PCO2 \> 50 mmHg
