Inclusion
- kidney pancreas recipients
- kidney recipients
- healthy volunteers
- beta-cell recipients
- immunosuppression with MMF-Tacrolimus
- 1-4 years after transplantation
Exclusion
- high doses of steroids
- insulin dependent
