Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • students representing all grades in a total of 123 junior high schools in southern Taiwan (Kaohsiung and Pintong) between 1995-1996

Exclusion

  • failure to obtain ISAAC questionnaire
  • failure to preform lung functions study
