Inclusion

  • eligible for elective total knee arthroplasty
  • able to speak and understand Danish
  • able to give informed consent

Exclusion

  • alocohol or medical abuse
  • allergies to local anesthetics
  • age \< 18 yrs.
  • intolerance to opioids
