Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Within 24 hours of admission to Neurosurgical ICU after neurosurgery with ventilator support
Exclusion
- Less than 18 y/o;
- Pregnancy;
- Not suitable for medication from NG route,
- Had GI bleeding at admission to ICU
