Hypothesis: Daily gargling with specific avian antibodies against Pseudomonas aeruginosa will prevent infections with this bacteria in patients with Cystic fibrosis (CF).

- Clinical diagnosis of cystic fibrosis
- Colonized with Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- informed consent

- Egg allergy
