- Primary osteoarthritis
- Unilateral osteoarthritis
- Age below 65 yrs
- ASA group 1-2
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Age below 18 yrs
- Cardiovascular disease
- Diseases in the musculoskeletal system that could influence on training
