Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- anovulatory women with clomifene citrate (CC)-resistant polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)
- A normal hysterosalpingography or laparoscopy had to have been recorded
- infertility
Exclusion
- Any contraindications to surgery
- previous treatment with LOD
- presence of tubal or male factors for infertility
