Inclusion

  • Confirmed diagnosis of propionic acidemia (propionyl CoA carboxylase deficiency)

Exclusion

  • Severe illness with cardiac or hepatic compromise that could affect study results
  • Use of other investigative therapies
  • Inability to comply with study directions
