  • Consenting attendees of the Hunter Area Diabetes Services RNH Diabetes Outpatient Clinic

Exclusion

  • Accessibility problems including:
  • limited English
  • developmental disability
  • physical immobility
  • geographical distance
  • extreme age/frailty
