Inclusion
- Adult patients
- Patients undergoing open radical prostatectomy
Exclusion
- Age \< 18 years
- Patients with drug eluting stent with a double antiplatelet therapy
- Atrial fibrillation
- Thrombophilic diathesis
- Allergy to tranexamic acid
