Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients offered a rectal suction biopsy
Exclusion
- any contraindication to general anesthesia or conscious sedation
- contraindication to endoscopy
- untreated or unmanageable coaguloapathy
- thrombocytopenia (\<50)
- inability to provide informed consent.
