Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosed with emphysema
- Referred for pulmonary rehabilitation, lung volume reduction surgery, or lung transplantation
Exclusion
- Non-obstructive lung disease
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that is not predominantly due to emphysema
- Inability to read English
