Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Chronic ischemic heart disease
- Left ventricular dilation (end systolic volume \>140 ml)
- Poor global contractile function (ejection fraction \<40%)
- Substantial amount of residual viability (\>30% of left ventricle)
