Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 18-60 years
  • BMI \> 30 kg/m2
  • speaking swedish

Exclusion

  • eating disorder
  • unstable diabetes type 1
  • unstable cardiac disease
  • severe psychiatric disorder
  • pregnancy or lactation
