Inclusion
- Total cholesterol 4.5-7.5 mmol/l)
- Age 18-75 years
Exclusion
- Liver, kidney and thyroid dysfunction
- Unstable coronary disease
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Medication for hypercholesterolemia
- Plant stanol/sterol enriched foods
