Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Total cholesterol 4.5-7.5 mmol/l)
  • Age 18-75 years

Exclusion

  • Liver, kidney and thyroid dysfunction
  • Unstable coronary disease
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Medication for hypercholesterolemia
  • Plant stanol/sterol enriched foods
