Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of sever primary mitral regurgitation
- Normal subjects
Exclusion
- Left ventricle ejection fraction of \<55% pre and post operation
- Pregnancy or Lactation
- Secondary mitral regurgitation due to coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, uncontrolled hypertension, or severe aortic stenosis.
