Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • cirrhosis
  • age 18-65yrs
  • Pugh B
  • written consent

Exclusion

  • HIV, HBV or HCV infection
  • hepatocellular carcinoma
  • Pugh A or Pugh C cirrhosis
  • creatinin \>200µMol/L
  • sepsis
  • psychiatric disorders
  • extrahepatic neoplasia
