Inclusion
- First IVF cycle or donor oocyte cycle
- IVF or ICSI
- Ejaculated sperm only for ICSI
- \<41 years of age
Exclusion
- One or more failed IVF cycles
- 40 years of age
- Using testicular or epididymal sperm for fertilization
