Inclusion
- chest pain \< 24 hours
- normal ECG
- normal troponin I
Exclusion
- ECG evolution
- troponin I evolution
- hemodynamic instability
- rhythmic instability
- allergy to iodized contrast products
- Creatinin \> 150 micromol/L
- venous capital absence
- auricular fibrillation
