Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- thrombosed external haemorrhoids disease
- patients that refused surgery for fear of procedure related pain.
- Exclusion Criteria :
- previous anal surgery
- third- and fourth-degree haemorrhoids
- anal fissure
- anal fistula
- presumed or confirmed pregnancy.
