Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women delivering between 27 to 37 weeks.
- Women undergoing amniocentesis for determining fetal lung maturity between 27 to 37 weeks.
Exclusion
- Major fetal malformation.
- Oligohydramnios or rupture of membranes diagnosed before 24 weeks of gestation.
