Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Unresectable complex hilar cholangiocarcinoma which diagnosis and staging based on computed tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP)

Exclusion

  • Patients with ASA 4 or 5
  • Patients with liver failure.
  • Patients unable to comply with follow-up
