Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • mean arterial pressure lower than 65 mmHg

Exclusion

  • fluid overload
  • mean arterial pressure lower than 45 mmHg and mandatory immediate treatment
  • active bleeding
  • hemoglobin lower than 8 g.dl-1
