Inclusion
- Unilateral operable cataracts
Exclusion
- Preoperative Endothelial Cell Count (ECC) ≤1500 cells/mm2
- Intraocular Pressure (IOP) \> 21
- History of ocular inflammation
- Systemic or ocular diseases affecting corneal endothelium
