  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Exclusion

  • Cardiac failure
  • Renal failure
  • Liver failure
  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Systemic inflammatory diseases eg Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE
  • Warfarin, coagulation problems
