Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- HIV infected
- \< 200 CD4+ cells/mL
- Active pulmonary tuberculosis (with or without extrapulmonary involvement)
Exclusion
- Meningeal tuberculosis
- Unable to attend 96 wk follow-up
