Inclusion
- 16 years or older
- Emergency department patients
Exclusion
- \<16 years
- Unable to provide consent (e.g., intoxicated, altered mental status)
- Critical illness
- Prisoners or detainees
- Already known to be infected with HIV
- Victims of sexual assault
- Occupational exposures
