Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Women 21 to 50 years old

Exclusion

  • Anemia,
  • High blood pressure,
  • Disorders affecting iron absorption or retention,
  • Underlying medical conditions,
  • Taking medication other than birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy,
  • Pregnancy,
  • Daily use of analgesics
