Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women 21 to 50 years old
Exclusion
- Anemia,
- High blood pressure,
- Disorders affecting iron absorption or retention,
- Underlying medical conditions,
- Taking medication other than birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy,
- Pregnancy,
- Daily use of analgesics
