Inclusion
- First anterior myocardial infarction.
- Low systolic ventricular function.
Exclusion
- Bleeding tendency
- Contraindication to G-CSF
- Cardiogenic shock
- Hemodynamic instability
- Hepatic or renal disease
- Multivessel disease
