Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Having a fall risk (Tinetti score between 19-24)
- Men and women older than 65 years at risk for falling - able to walk without walking aids - voluntary and willing to participate
- Fully competent
Exclusion
- Unable to walk
- Denying
- Very high fall risk (Tinetti score \< 19)
