Inclusion
- Parkinson disease patients that have seborrhic dermatits
Exclusion
- Dementia
- Renal or liver failure
- Pregnancy or breast feeding
- History of allergy to botolinum toxin
- Motor neuron disease or any other disease that insult the neuromuscular junction
- Treatment with Aminoglycoside antibiotic.
