Inclusion
- eligible for elective repair of posterior vaginal wall prolapse
- able to speak and understand Danish
- able to give informed consent
Exclusion
- alcohol or medical abuse
- allergies to local anesthetics
- age \< 18 yrs.
- intolerance to opioids
