Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Non-traumatic intracranial hemorrhage (subdural or intraparenchymal)
  • Known warfarin ingestion
  • INR ≥2.0
  • GCS \<13

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • History of venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolus
  • Acute myocardial infarction
  • Acute stroke
