Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • four or more previous consecutive abortion,
  • failed previous treatment with intravenous immunoglobulins
  • negative to all clinical investigation for recurrent miscarriage

Exclusion

  • in the last abortion a fetal karyotype showing chromosomal abnormality
  • previous successful pregnancy
