Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosed as dyslipidemia by doctors
- Having lipids test and record within one months
- Diagnosed as hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidaemias and has been prescribed Crestor® 5mg or 10mg
Exclusion
- Unable or unwilling to provide the Inform Consent
