Inclusion

  • the patients suspected of acute appendicitis over 15 years

Exclusion

  • less than 15 years
  • pregnant
  • allergic to morphine
  • systolic blood pressure\<100mmHg
  • received pain killer prior to ED visit
  • do not consent
