Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- HIV seropositive
- 18 years of age or older
- incarcerated for a minimum of 90days
- living in New Haven or Hartford
- currently on HAART or willing to begin HAART medications
Exclusion
- Not meeting inclusion criteria
