Inclusion
- Lumbalgia Diagnosis
- Age 18-80
Exclusion
- Migrated hernia
- Calcified disc hernia
- Spondylolisthesis
- Other physiotherapeutic interventions within 6 months of the baseline assessment.
- Surgical operation within six months of baseline
- Cancer syndrome, Neurological and rheumatic diseases
