Brief Summary
Glaucoma might be a mitochondria associated disease. Since citrate is a major component in mitochondrial metabolism its determination in blood might serve as a biomarker.

- Active ocular inflammation
- Ocular Hypertension
- Nephropathy
- Alcohol-, Drug abuse
- Mitochondriopathy
