Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • non-asthmatic
  • asthmatic
  • active participants in endurance sports.

Exclusion

  • history of high blood pressure
  • history of heart disease
  • pulmonary arterial hypertension
  • pulmonary emboli
  • diagnosis of moderate to severe asthma (FEV1 \<75% predicted)
  • pregnant or lactating
