Inclusion

  • ASA I \& II
  • ambulatory anesthesia for colonoscopy on Monday or Tuesday
  • social security

Exclusion

  • treatment for cancer
  • hypnotics, beta-bloquers
  • pregnancy
  • legal supervision
  • trans 5 meridian travel in the last two months
