Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- idiopatic dilated cardiomyopathy, NYHA I, II, III, IV
- dilated left ventricle
- ejection fraction below 45%
Exclusion
- diabetes mellitus
- kidney failure (GFR \< 30, creatinine below 2,5 mg/dl
