The purpose of this study is to determine the molecular mechanism of this disease and to research the relationship between cystinosis and skin phenotype.

Inclusion
- cystinosis
- known CTNS mutation
Exclusion
- patient with corticotherapy treatment
- patient with immunosuppressant treatment
