Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- diagnosis of aSAH
- indication to DVE positioning
- clinical indication to sedation and assisted ventilation
- indication to ICP and CBF monitoring
- age \> 18
Exclusion
- documented cranial hypertension (ICP\>18) not controller by liquor drainage
- age \< 18.
