Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- overweight and obese men
- normal to mild hypertriglyceridemia
Exclusion
- Smoking
- Any medical condition other than increased body weight (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, etc.).
- Use of drugs known to affect lipid metabolism (e.g. statins, etc.).
- Regular exercise training.
