Inclusion

  • Fluent in English
  • Previously experienced trauma (not current or ongoing; excluding bereavement)
  • Currently experiencing trauma-related distress

Exclusion

  • Currently involved in psychotherapy
  • Currently taking psychotropic medications
  • Imminent threat to self or others
