Inclusion
- over 20 years old
- isthmic or degenerative spondylolisthesis
Exclusion
- cardiovascular or musculoskeletal diseases, which may exclude their ability to perform strength and endurance training and testing
- metabolic bone disease
- psychosocial instability
- malignant disease
